Who I am looking for:

I am searching for a Software Development Technical Lead who’s passionate about technical ownership and innovation. Your expertise will drive solutions for both new and existing trading applications.

Your role:

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and other Technical Leads to shape the technical solutions that power trading applications. These tools enable Traders to create and configure fixtures, allowing customers to place bets prior to and during games.

Technology:

The current tech stack features Microsoft technologies including .NET framework VB, C#, WinForms, and WPF. They are also eager to incorporate Go, Kafka, and Linux to elevate the platform.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong skills in C#, VB, WinForms, and .NET.
• Experience with MS SQL Server (2012 or later).
• Familiarity with service-based distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in solution definition and ownership.
• Ability to mentor and support fellow developers.
• Proficiency in Jira issue management and Git version control.
• Exposure to Go or Kafka is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop effective technical solutions for product requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align solutions with best practices and business principles.
• Ensure solution design, code performance, and quality standards are maintained.
• Proficiency in table and data structures, supporting Traders and the site.
• Review team output and performance, providing valuable feedback.
• Offer functional and technical support to the development team.
• Enhance and maintain existing trading functions, some of which operate 24/7.
• Take ownership of work estimation, solution documentation, and quality deliverables.
