SRE engineer, Lancashire £60,000-£70,000 (Hybrid role)

This is an opportunity for an experienced SRE Engineer (or DevOps) to join a historic company that has been one of the leaders in their industry for over 100 years. They are in the process of Building and migrating to a new AWS platform utilising the latest IaC and CI/CD technologies.

There is the opportunity to shape the SRE / DevOps process build, optimise and monitor a enterprise scale customer facing IT environment.

You will be working with an array of technologies in a constantly evolving environment, ideal for any lovers of the latest tech who enjoy shaping both the technology and company processes.

The ideal candidate will

• Have experience working with AWS
• Be able to configure, deploy, and monitor applications on Kubernetes
• Configure and write templates using Terraform
• Have extensive knowledge of CI/CD solutions (any technology)
• Be able to communicate between higher management and junior engineers.
