You'll lead a team of 6-12 developers, working across C#, Go, MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL and API. Everyday looks different when your a Software Team Lead, including taking role briefings, liaising with stakeholders (internal and external), as well as attracting top talent into your team and much more!

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience - whether this is as a Team Lead or Principle Developer
• Positive attitude
• Self-starter and self-motivator

Desirables:

• Proven knowledge of development life-cycle
• Previously been a developer using C# or Golang
