£50,000 plus bonus and benefits

The business

A scale-up SaaS business. Great modern technology, lots of new customers, lots of investment from the parent company and growth across the globe.  Enjoying very positive times!

This role

Is a newly created role to guide customers through the implementation of the software solution. That's advising how and managing the implementation / integration process and the relationship, bit it's not a hands-on technical / configuration role. 

You will be involved from sign on of the new client to hand-over to the support team once the solution is fully integrated into clients systems. No pre-sales involvement. 

The role is more relationship and process management than technical, but you will need to understand the SaaS solution, APIs, web services and cloud technology.

We are looking for 

• Experience in a similar role ideally with a SaaS business but any software solutions business will be similar
• Experience and knowledge of APIs and integration points. 
• Experience working closely with software and technical engineers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation, process management and planning skills
