Key Responsibilities:

As a Software Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of software solutions using C# .NET Core and Azure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of highly skilled software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality software.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, set priorities, and develop a clear roadmap for software development projects.
• Architecture and Design: Drive the architectural decisions and design of scalable and secure software solutions utilizing C# .NET Core and Azure services.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality control processes to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, exploring how they can be applied to improve our software solutions.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in software development using C# .NET Core and Azure.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a development team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with technology trends.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (master's degree preferred).

• £75,000 to £90,000
• Travel Allowance (£5k annually or company car after 12 months)
