In the early days you can influence product direction, the how we do things and enjoy a prominent role in the small but perfectly formed team :) 

​The software engineering team are moving from monolithic PHP based tomicroservices architecture and brand-new stack inc Nest framework with NodeJS, Angular Typescript, on AWS. 

​What matters?

Strong PHP programming and Javascript skills/experienceSome experience with NodeJS and a framework (they use Angular)

Additional useful to have one or more of -

• AWS, Kubernetes & CI/CD knowledge

• Business transformation knowledge (i.e. experience of implementing Agile in multiple environments)

• Knowledge of networking and interacting with network hardware (especially Mikrotik devices)

• Team leadership and technical mentoring skills

• Database administration experience (especially on cloud)
