This role is all about people and delivery excellence. People, process and continuous improvement.

There's a huge pipeline of new products and continuous improvement work on existing products.

The team are all very invested personally, they enjoy working together and love the products!

The role

• Leading 3 product dev teams to ensure delivery of product roadmaps and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholders, reporting and communications
• Occasionally facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies
• Help to shape and grow the team, agile methods and team working

Requirements:

• Experience leading scrums and sprints
• Agile Coaching
• Experience line managing teams
• You'll have a development background most likely but not essentially
