Principal Software Engineer 

North Wales / Chester (home with occasional office) 

£75-120,000 (depending on experience)

A new scale-up FinTech and software provider. The product is the next generation of disruption to the retail banking industry.

The interesting bit is the technology and the software behind the products. 

The Tech

New build SaaS products with python, React, AWS services, fully automated CICD, clean microservice architecures. Plenty still to do and opportunity in this role in particular, to influence design and ways of working. 

The Team

Growing fast so lots of new ideas and enthusiasm. This role will take a lead in establishing best ways of working and bringing the team together, harnessing good ides and the energy. 

Python programming, AWS in use and react engineers focussed on building effextive and very usable products.

The team are distributed across the UK with hubs in North Wales and in London. 

The team currently consists of Architects, Engineers, BAs PMs Scrum Leads and has strong technical leadership from board down.

This opportunity 

To play a lead role in back-end engineering with python and AWS. Ideally with retail banking experience or some knowledge or experience and interest in FinTech type businesses.
