Uniting Cloud are excited to lead the search for a new Director of Platforms for a high growth, established Fintech embarking on the move to a cloud-agnostic future.

This is the ideal next step for a proven leader of cloud strategy with exposure to AWS and Google Cloud who has a deep understanding of 24/7 support and experience building a self-service, global cloud platform offering.

Taken on the management of small (circa 14) team of exceptional engineers, the first 12 months will be focused on building a strategy and roadmap for team expansion, designing a fully self-service cloud adoption model across various development teams, lead incident response and deliver root cause analysis with there team.

Reporting to the CTO this Director will have full ownership of the technical stack, budget, headcount and overall direction of the platforms offering alongside true autonomy to build the best possible solutions for various complex challenges...

As this is a Director position we have a fantastic overall package with a six-figure base salary, circa 15% bonus based on team performance, share package, private health care etc.

Also, post-COVID this will be a London based position with some remote working available (circa 2 days per week).
