The role will work closely with the customers, customer service team and software development team helping to achieve speedy resolutions.

Skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
• Technical knowledge- ideally experience in T-SQL, .net (Vb.net / C#), SQL, APIS
