Key Responsibilities

• Provide lightning-fast 2nd line technical support for a myriad of IT systems and applications.

• Work alongside experienced 2^nd / 3^rd line engineers to tackle complex technical issues and save the day for our users worldwide.
• Execute stealthy maintenance missions and system updates during the witching hours to minimize disruption and keep our operations running like clockwork.
• Chronicle your heroic deeds by documenting support activities, crafting a legendary knowledge base for future generations of IT champions.

Requirements

• Battle-tested experience as a 2nd line support Engineer, preferably in the global 24/7 environment.
• Be confident across a host of technology including Windows OS, Linux, MacOS, Citrix, Cisco, AD, Exchange, O365, PowerShell, Bash, and Azure – (you don’t need everything).
• Communication skills that could charm the socks off even the most formidable Stakeholders, enabling you to collaborate effectively with users and stakeholders across the globe.
• A fortress of independence and prioritization skills, allowing you to navigate the dynamic battlefield of nighttime operations with ease.
• Flexibility to embrace the challenges presented, standing ready to defend our Platform during the night shift.
