Senior Software Developer

Cheshire - 3 days per week remote

Up to £55,000 

Working for a large software house, developing a highly transcational applications that are accessed via 7.5 million active users per day. As one of the largest tehnology hubs outside of London, we pride ourselves in delievering high quality and outstanding code.

What you’ll be getting hands on with:

  • Ensuring the User experience is considered during design choices
  • Developing add on and features to enhance the user’s experience
  • Maintain the brands consistency thoroughly in the design
  • Create high quality and reusable code for the future
  • Assist with the structure of the design and content
  • Developing applications for web and mobile
  • Mentoring other colleagues
  • Learn new technology, practices, and approaches to share with the team

Current skills I have:

  • JavaScript experience (Ideally React)
  • Grunt or Glup experience essential
  • HTML & CSS(We are big users of evergreen browsers Flexbox, Grid etc)
  • Extensive knowledge of APIs
  • Mobile and responsive design (Mobile First)
  • Experience with GIT
