We are working with a successful global online retail business searching for Team Leaders with deep expertise in Scala. Due to their ongoing success they are looking to expand their talented engineering function and will need a seasoned hands on manager to help them drive towards success.

You will be directly involved in directing a high performance Scala orientated software development unit offering mentorship, providing expert knowledge, and leading by example. At the same time you will be expanding this cross functional team in central London.

You will need:

• Experienced Manager, who loves to develop a team, whilst remaining hands on.

• An established background of 6+ years in Scala industry experience

• Previous commercial experience of Agile

• Excellent communicator, able to converse at all levels.

• Being persuasive and approachable with colleagues and stakeholder at all levels
