We are boosting the team to meet some deadlines and milestones in a huge programme of digitalisation and building new products.
Initially 6months but likely to extend.
The business is a well known and respected retailer. They are a big brand name, leading their industry in customer engagement and rapidly developing a successful blend of physical and digital interactions.
Flourishing post-lockdown and building for the future.
We are looking for highly experienced Digital Solution Architects with a good understanding of retail and customer service channels.
The roadmap is defined and projects are varied inc-
Building e-commerce solutions / platform development
Design and deliver slick new customer interfaces
Lot's of integrations, APIs etc
New payment systems
Robotic Process Automation
Build products to enable store 'experiences'
The tech stack is currently -
Moving more digital but with some SAP and other legacy business support systems.
Moving almost entirely to cloud, mostly Azure
MS .net stack, Manhatten (WMS), websphere / salesforce (commerce, service cloud)...
